Here's an example from our recent correspondence: Mike's work is impeccable, he is very professional, accomplishes the work on time, as specified and at the price quoted. Further, the work was permitted and passed all inspections - the first time around. I have never had that happen previously with the Town of Oyster Bay, they are very stringent with their regulations, paperwork requirements and conformity to code. Mike also followed up with me, responded within hours to a trouble code on the inverter panel and worked with the manufacturer (Fronius) to quickly solve the problem. His adjustments both stopped the code and allowed the system to start generating at a lower initial output.
